Bring the family to Legion Park in Le Sueur, Minnesota to enjoy a full day of fun and festivities. Activities throughout the day include:

4:00pm:     Judging - Chicken Contest
4:30pm:     Judging - Ribs Contest
5:00pm:     Judging - Pork Butt Contest
12-8pm:     Live Music

aMATEUR mEAT sMOKING cONTEST


Come join the Fun!  Bring your best secret recipes....competitors can choose to smoke ribs, chicken or pork butt.  Feeling really confident?  Try all three with three racks of ribs, 18 chicken legs and a 7-9 pound pork butt to compete against the best. Channel your inner Bobby Flay to test your secret recipes!  Judging is 4:00pm Chicken; 4:30pm Ribs & 5:00pm Pork Butt.  Pick up meats and set up Friday, August 16.

bULLSEYE motorcycle tOUR

 

Hop on your cycle an join into a friendly afternoon of touring and darts.  The allure of winding river roads and challenging bullseyes offers an afternoon of adventure and fun. In park registration starts at 9:30am.   Cycles depart 10:30am. 

Bean Bag Competition

 

Want to get into the competition on a smaller scale? Try your arm at the bean bag toss.  Bring your best friend for this doubles team double elimination tournament. In park registration begins at 10 am.  Tournament starts promptly at 11am.
